Prices
The price you see is the price you pay. Charges for postage and packing are set out at the top of every page. You'll automatically receive confirmation of your order via email. Please note there are additional charges for international shipping.
Payment Payment on our website is managed by a secure operating system, Paypal. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as cheques. Unfortunately, we cannot accept American Express at this time. Payment will be debited within 3 working days. If you pay by cheque the goods will be dispatched as soon as your cheque has been cleared. If you want to pay by credit card, but not over the internet please call the office with your card details ready.
Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges
We ask that goods only be returned if faulty (unless otherwise agreed). We will refund/exchange the full cost within 30 days, excluding postage & packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected. Credit card refunds would be to the card used for the original purchase. Allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of clearance of funds. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery. If for some reason we cannot deliver within the agreed time, we will inform you immediately.
Out of Stock Items
On most occasions we will hold the whole order until all items are in stock. We do this to reduce the cost to you. However items can be sent separately on request.

You can shop with paypal.com safe in the knowledge that your transactions are secure. The payment gateway (web site) is provided by Thwate utilising the most modern 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to prevent any unauthorized persons gaining access to credit card information entered on our website.

Receipts, Bills and Settlement Errors
We always provide a receipt with the goods. We promise to correct any errors in bills, receipts or payments as soon as possible.
