Each year we have a charity that we support, by highlighting their work and passing on donations from our customers. This year is Armenian Ministries.
Armenia is not a theological position (!) but a country. It is located next to Turkey to the west, Georgia to the north, Azerbaijan to the east, and Iran and Azerbaijan’s exclave of Nakhchivan to the south and was the first state in the world to adopt Christianity as its official religion.
Their aim is to make known the Word of God and provide physical help and assistance to the poor and needy. In practical terms, these aims are carried out through distribution of Bibles, Bible teaching, children’s camps, and humanitarian aid projects.
Donations come in from our customers at the checkout – sometimes 10p, 50p or even a couple of pounds. They all add up and make a difference.
Thanks to your donations this last quarter we’ve been able to send Armenian Ministries £555.40 for donations made this last quarter.
Thank you for your support and generosity.
